Notice of Terms and Conditions for Use of Photographic Works

Thank you for visiting my photography website. As a photographer, I value the integrity and originality of my work. To protect my photographs and ensure they are used appropriately, you are required to follow the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using, requesting to use or referencing any of my images.

General Use of Photographic Works for Visitors to this Website:

  1. Copyright: All photographs displayed on this website are the exclusive property of photographer Daniel Jaems. They are protected under copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used in any form without explicit written permission.
  2. Prohibited Uses: You may not download, alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from photographs without prior written consent or prearranged licence. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • • Creating collages or digital compositions
    • • Adding text or graphics over the photographs
    • • Altering the photographs in any way
  3. Request for Permission: If you wish to use my photographs for any purpose, you must contact me directly to obtain written permission. Please provide details of how you intend to use the image, and I will respond with the terms of use and any applicable fees.
  4. Ai and Generative Art: Daniel Jaems imagery does not contain Ai. All visitors are prohibited from uploading Daniel Jaems’ photographs to Ai Generators or online storage repositories. Images are protected with GLAZE technology.

Specific Use for Artists:

Artists who wish to paint or create derivative works based on my photographs must adhere to the following additional terms:

  1. Permission to Paint: Artists are allowed to create paintings based on my photographs only after obtaining written permission from me.
  2. Restrictions on Sales: While you may create and display your paintings, selling or commercially exploiting these works without written consent is prohibited.
  3. Attribution: All derivative works must include appropriate credit to Daniel Jaems as the original photographer. This credit must be clearly visible whenever the work is displayed, posted online, or used in any form.

Enforcement and Legal Action:

  1. Monitoring and Enforcement: I actively monitor the use of my photographs online. Unauthorised use of my images will be met with legal action, including but not limited to, cease and desist orders and claims for damages.
  2. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By using my photographs, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these laws.
